FAQs

01. How many employees does your factory have?

We have over 130 employees, covering the entire production chain.

02. What materials are used for the terminal busbars and the housing? Are they flame-retardant?

Base Housing: PA66 flame-retardant nylon (UL94-V0 rated), providing high-temperature resistance and insulation. Conductive Copper Strips: National Standard brass with a surface tin plating, offering oxidation resistance and low conductivity loss; suitable for long-term use within the confined, high-temperature environments typical of power distribution boxes.

03. What causes the screw terminals to heat up after wiring?

  • The screw is not tightened securely, resulting in a loose wire connection; power off the device and retighten the screw.
  • The total output power exceeds the limit, causing the entire terminal row to overload beyond its rated current; replace the neutral and ground bars with components rated for a higher current capacity.
  • Loose strands of flexible copper wire have become lodged in the gaps of the terminal block; clear away the excess copper strands and re-crimp the connection.

04. How do I place an order?

Please send your purchase order to us via email, and we will send you a quotation and a pro forma invoice.
