A Type Of Connection For Heavy-duty Connectors
One type of connection, typically used by heavy duty industrial connector with large contacts and operating in high-vibration environments. This type of connection allows the fuse to prevent loosening after connection. The connection is reliable, but continuous unloading is slow.
Rack Connection:
It is a heavy duty male female connector type, used for some equipment close to the frame that requires blind connection. It allows electrical equipment to be lighter, smaller, easier to maintain, and more reliable. This connection method makes the operator feel the connection, so a precise positioning device needs to be designed to avoid forcibly connecting the incorrectly inserted heavy duty multi pin connectors together, making the incorrectly inserted heavy connector unusable. The heavy duty cable connectors rack is typically designed with floating or spring contacts to ensure proper connection. Loosen the screws on the heavy power connector plug with a screwdriver, insert the wire into the side hole of the socket, and then tighten the screws.
Install the heavy duty wire connectors upper shell.
Unscrew the fixing screws of the plug body with a screwdriver, insert the plug body into the upper shell, and then tighten the fixing screws.
Install the wire connector heavy duty lower shell.
Secure the lower shell in the same way, insert the upper shell and lower shell with the plug installed.
