The tightening torque for copper terminal block should be controlled within 0.6-0.8 Nm. Excessive force can damage the threads. During regular inspections, use an infrared thermometer to check the temperature rise at the contact points of copper distribution block. If the contact points of copper terminal strip exceed the ambient temperature by 25°C, they should be investigated.
