Before starting the operation, fold the non-woven fabric to a comfortable grip size and gently touch the needle tip and contact surface of contact crimper. For small metal shavings, dust, or slight oil stains around the crimping area, slowly move the non-woven fabric along the contact surface to cover the entire needle and mold surface.
After initial wiping, check for any residue on the d sub contact crimper needle and contact surface. If obvious impurities are found, repeat the cleaning with a clean section of the non-woven fabric to make the contact surface even cleaner.
If there are slight oil stains on contact crimping tool, lightly apply an appropriate amount of industry-recommended cleaning agent to the non-woven fabric and wipe the areas requiring attention again. Choosing a cleaning agent with reduced surface activity and no corrosiveness to metals will achieve a more thorough cleaning effect when used with the non-woven fabric.
