Termination and Welding Specifications

contact crimper When performing termination, operators should strictly follow the corresponding termination specifications and complete the operation according to the corresponding node number. The maximum insulation thickness between the selected cable conductors should match the contact spacing, and the cable cores should be consistent with the contact terminals. During soldering, a soldering iron with appropriate power should be selected according to the bare wire diameter. The soldering time for each contact should generally not exceed 5 seconds. Care should be taken to prevent flux from seeping into the insulation, which could cause a decrease in the product's insulation resistance.

Connection and Disconnection Operations

d sub contact crimper When connecting or disconnecting, the centerlines of the plug and socket should be aligned as much as possible. The cable should be straightened to avoid tangential forces on the plug and to prevent cable sagging that could damage the connector. When contact crimping  is in a disengaged state, a protective cap should be installed or other dust prevention measures should be taken. If the connection is not to be disconnected for an extended period, a safety lock can be installed between the plug and socket. Power should not be applied before proper connection or complete tightening.
