Detailed Assessment Of The Condition Of The Cold-pressed Pin Crimper
During routine maintenance, observe whether the body, pins, and pressure interface components of contact crimper show cracks, twists, gaps, or abnormal bending. When operating d sub contact crimper, pay attention to signs of deformation, such as spring relaxation, bearing misalignment, or pressure plate skew. After removing contact crimping tool, check whether the pin length and position deviate according to the original dimensions or edge contour of the part. If the pin tip or pin seat is deformed by compression, cracked, or has local dents, it should be marked as requiring further processing.
