Crimping: Insert the stripped heavy duty crimp connectors wire into the cold-pressed terminal, and then use a wire crimping pliers to press the cold-pressed terminal onto the heavy duty waterproof electrical connectors terminal. When crimping on heavy duty 2 pin connector, pay attention to the following points:
(1) The cold-pressed terminal and the heavy duty connector 16 pin wire should be fully matched to avoid loosening or poor contact of the heavy duty connector 5 pin wire.
(2) The crimping force should be appropriate to avoid damaging the heavy duty connector 6 pin wire or terminal.
(3) After crimping, check the contact between the heavy duty electrical contacts wire and the terminal to ensure good contact.
