Wire harness is the wiring component that connects various electrical equipment in the circuit, which is composed of insulating sheath, terminal block, wire and insulating wrapping materials.
WAIN customer customized wire harness: According to customer customization requirements, the shell, ferrule, pin, cable connector, wire and related spare parts of WAINwire connector heavy duty are assembled together through wire harness processing to form a customized wire harness finished product.
1. Classification of wire harness
According to the number of heavy duty electric cable connectors connected to the wire harness, the customized wire harness can be classified into single-ended wire harness, two-ended wire harness and multi-ended wire harness.
Single-ended wire harness: One end of the wire harness is equipped with WAINheavy duty automotive electrical connectors, and the tail end can be crimped with terminals, equipped with number tubes or handled by the customer; [Figure-1]
Two-end wire harness: Both ends of the wire harness are equipped with WAINheavy duty 12v connectors;
Multi-end wire harness: The wire harness is divided into multiple ends through a junction box or the outer shell increases the outlet, and more than 2 heavy duty 12 volt connectors are assembled.
2. 12v heavy duty connector wiring harness wire
Depending on the different use environments of customer products and customer requirements for wiring harnesses, wiring harness wires can be divided into the following types:
1. Standard wires and cables: suitable for customers with no obvious special requirements for wiring harness wires;
2. Electrical installation cables: suitable for various electrical installations in dry or humid indoor environments, especially in industrial use environments. Cables with a cross-section of 0.5mm^2 or more are also particularly suitable for use in machine tool manufacturing, complete equipment installation projects, power stations, heating and air conditioning installation, etc. as control and connecting soft wires; (signal shielding function can be provided according to customer requirements)
3. Elevator shaft fixed installation cable: suitable for installation and fixed laying of elevator shafts, but not suitable for elevator accompanying cables;
4. Control cable: suitable for control, signal, protection and measurement lines with DC or AC 50~60Hz and rated voltage 600/1000V and below. Commonly used in electrical control systems and power distribution devices; (signal shielding function can be provided according to customer requirements)
5. Oil-resistant cable: oil-resistant, suitable for installation in dry or humid indoor environments, occasional movement without strong stress relief or forced guidance, and occasional bending and movement in industrial environments, such as machine tools, woodworking, grinders, etc.; (signal shielding function can be provided according to customer requirements)
6. Standard power cord: used for power supply and lighting systems. Generally divided into rubber power cord and PVC power cord. Depending on the use of the product, the power cord must comply with the certification standards of relevant countries; (domestic 3C certification, Europe VDE certification, CE certification, the United States UL certification, etc.)
7. Drag chain cable: with high flexibility and bending resistance, suitable for frequent bending, installation under free continuous reciprocating motion without strong stress relief or forced guidance, especially frequent bending in industrial environments, such as woodworking machinery, machine tool processing equipment, logistics transportation system, crane occasions, etc.; (signal shielding function can be provided according to customer requirements)
Elevator accompanying control cable: suitable for elevator accompanying control, used in long-distance suspension applications.
