Heavy-duty Connector Housing Design

During the development of heavy duty automotive electrical connectors, the company has been working hard to upgrade heavy duty 12v connectors and enrich heavy duty 12 volt connectors products. In order to meet customers' demand for 12v heavy duty connector protection levels between IP65 and IP68, we launched a new IP67 metal heavy duty crimp connectors housing, including models 6B, 10B, 16B, 24B, 32B, 32A (currently 3A, 10A, 16A and 48B are not included). It can cope with more demanding outdoor use environments, such as tower crane infrastructure, road construction, engineering vehicles, outdoor electrical cabinets, mining machinery, etc.
We named the IP67 heavy duty waterproof electrical connectors housing the W series, and the models all start with the letter "A", such as W6B, W10B, W16B, W24B, W32B, W32A. We redesigned and defined the appearance, sealing flatness and production process of the heavy duty connector housing products, and the heavy duty electrical connectors housing assembly dimensions remain the same as the standard IP65 (B series) housing, which means that the A series housing is compatible with the B series housing. And it is compatible with all standard cores, module frames and cable connectors.
