Heavy-duty Connectors With Quick Twist-on

When connecting a heavy duty automotive electrical connectors to a small-cross-section single-strand copper wire, first cross the two core wires of heavy duty 12v connectors in an X-shape, then twist them 2-3 times. Then, straighten the two heavy duty 12 volt connectors core wires, and then wrap each wire around the other 12v heavy duty connector core wire 5-6 times, before cutting off any excess wire.

When connecting a heavy duty crimp connectors to a large-cross-section single-strand copper wire, first insert a heavy duty waterproof electrical connectors core wire of the same diameter into the overlapped area between the two wires. Then, tightly wrap it with a bare copper wire of approximately 1.5 mm², using a wrap length approximately 10 times the wire diameter. Then, fold back the ends of the connecting wires, wrap the bare copper wires at both ends 5-6 times, and trim off any excess wire.

When connecting a heavy duty connector to single-strand copper wires of different cross-sections, first tightly wrap the thinner wire around the thicker wire 5-6 times. Then, fold the thicker wire end back and press it firmly against the wrapping layer. Then, wrap the thinner wire 3-4 times, and trim off any excess wire.
