1. Threaded connection:

Some large contactors and heavy duty automotive electrical connectors working in a strong vibration environment are often used as a connection form. In this connection form, a fuse can be installed after the connection is completed to prevent loosening. The connection form is reliable, but the disadvantage is that the connection and unloading speed is slow.

2. Bayonet connection:

Bayonet connection is a reliable and fast connection and separation form. Most snap-on forms of heavy duty 12v connectors have a correct visual display of connection and locking, which can be observed from the small hole on the side of the connection nut of heavy duty 12 volt connectors.

3. Plug connection:

It is a versatile connection form. 4. Cabinet connection method:

Cabinet connection type is used as heavy duty crimp connectors on some equipment that needs blind connection close to the frame, which can make electrical equipment lighter, smaller, easier to maintain and more reliable. This connection allows the operator to feel the connection, so an accurate positioning device needs to be designed to avoid the wrong insertion of heavy duty waterproof electrical connectors forced to connect together, making wrong insertion impossible.
