Maintaining The Performance Of Push-button Terminal Connectors While Reducing Material Costs
Different metal materials and alloys of push in wire terminal block exhibit significant differences in mechanical elasticity, contact reliability, and sheet metal formability. For example, comparing copper alloys with other conventional conductor materials, the trade-off between elastic recovery force and conductivity, as well as their deformation response under high-voltage assembly, is analyzed.
For the push fit terminal block connector insulator portion, thermal and dimensional stability experiments on thermoplastic engineering plastics and modified polymers were conducted to select components suitable for multi-temperature operation, ensuring that push connector block can meet assembly accuracy requirements under standard operating conditions. Material selection also considers manufacturability, and high-precision mold processing reduces yield losses and minimizes rework and scrap rates.
