Overtravel Operation Of The Cold-pressed Needle Crimper Is Strictly Prohibited During The Crimping Process.
Unlike other conventional pressing processes, the internal transmission mechanism and die of the dynamically operating contact crimper are set to operate with precise stroke settings. When overtravel occurs, the moving parts of d sub contact crimper may encounter bearing loads and frame interference, leading to structural damage or even component deformation. Attempting to correct or adjust while the equipment is running may cause misalignment loads, triggering mechanical shocks and amplifying potential hazards.
Any non-standard operation should be strictly controlled. For contact crimping tool, if the operator temporarily changes the control parameters, adjusts the mold, or attempts to press into a non-design position during equipment operation, the actual working conditions will deviate from the original settings of the equipment. Without shutdown isolation, energy is not effectively cut off in a dynamically operating mechanical system. Performing overtravel operations under these conditions is equivalent to introducing unpredictable stress and movement within the system. The energy release under these conditions may instantly damage the mechanical structure or injure the operator.
