Push-in Terminal Block Calibration Method
The calibration method, or push in terminal block alignment method, refers to the shortening of the pin mating length and the extension of the thread axial length in the interface structure design of some miniature push in din rail terminal blocks connectors, so that during the connection process of the push fit din rail terminals connector, the threads on the push fit terminal block connector plug and the socket touch first, and the pins and the sockets are aligned in a straight line before touching and connecting, thereby preventing the pins from damaging the sockets and causing failure during the push in terminal connection process.
