Specific Implementation Methods For Copper Terminal Blocks
This utility model includes a copper terminal, a terminal block 3, a cover plate 4, a terminal screw 5, and a sealing strip 6. The copper terminal consists of a copper bar 1 and a conductive copper sheet 2. The copper bar 1 and the conductive copper sheet 2 are connected by brazing, ensuring that the copper terminal has good conductivity and sufficient strength. A terminal screw 5 is located above the copper bar 1, and the terminal screw 5 cooperates with the copper bar 1 to fasten the external wires. The conductive copper sheet 2 can be connected to the internal wires of the instrument by soldering or other crimping methods. The copper terminal is placed on the terminal block 3, and a cover plate 4 is located above the copper terminal. The cover plate 4 is fastened to the terminal block 3. Sealing strips 6 are provided on the terminal block 3 and under the cover plate 4, respectively. During installation, the quantity and position of copper terminals to be inserted are determined according to the required assembly. Copper strip 1 and conductive copper sheet 2 are brazed to form copper terminals. Then, they are placed into terminal base 3 from top to bottom. Sealing strip 6 is embedded into terminal base 3 and pressure cover 4. Pressure cover 4 is then pressed on and the position of pressure cover 4 and terminal base 3 is fixed by screws 7 or other means, so that the position of copper terminals in copper terminal strip is completely fixed. By following this operation, all the required copper terminals are installed, and the installation of copper terminal block is completed.
