Testing The Contact Pressure Of Push-type Terminal Block Connectors

Test push wire terminal block contact pressure: insert a working memory card and feel the resistance of push in terminal block wire connector when inserting. Normally, push in wire terminal block should have a moderate damping feeling. If push fit terminal block connector is too loose, you can use non-conductive tools (such as plastic tweezers) to slightly adjust the arc of the push connector block contact spring. Note that the adjustment range should not exceed 0.5mm each time to avoid excessive bending and breakage.
