Ultra-low Temperature And Low-pressure Molding Process For Heavy-duty Connectors
In the manufacturing process of heavy duty crimp connectors, the ultra-low temperature and low pressure molding production process is adopted. First, in the mold design stage of heavy duty waterproof electrical connectors, the temperature of the molding cavity of heavy duty connector needs to be precisely controlled. Usually, the mold temperature of heavy duty electrical connectors is reduced to a level below that of conventional injection molding process to adapt to the structural requirements of high-specification heavy duty power connectors under harsh working conditions. This can ensure that when the components of heavy duty connector 24 pin are placed in an extreme low temperature environment, the internal structural materials of 16 pin heavy duty connector and the electrical contact parts shrink in coordination, avoiding structural stress concentration of 24 pin heavy duty connector.
