Therefore, when using unsealed wire connector heavy duty in high-altitude areas, its performance must be reduced.
Corrosive Environments
Depending on the different corrosive environments of heavy duty electric cable connectors, select the appropriate metal, plastic, or electroplated structure for heavy duty automotive electrical connectors, such as heavy duty 12v connectors used in salt spray environments. Without a corrosion-resistant metal surface, performance will deteriorate rapidly. In environments containing high levels of SO2, heavy-duty connectors with silver-plated contact pairs are not recommended. Mold is also a major problem in damp and hot weather.
