Using The Balance Method To Improve The Reliability Of Terminal Blocks
The balancing method refers to the structural design of the push in type terminal block high-frequency contact parts in the structural design of the high- and low-frequency mixed connector. While meeting the requirements of electrical characteristics (such as voltage standing wave ratio) within the applicable frequency range, taking into account the overall mechanical life of the push in terminal block wire connector high and low frequencies, a balancing method is adopted to enhance the strength of the internal conductor system socket as much as possible and improve the inherent reliability of the push connector block high-frequency contact parts.
