Cold Press Needle Production Steps

1. Prepare the required materials and tools, including crimp contact, wires, wire strippers, wire crimping pliers, etc.
2. Use wire strippers to strip a section of the wire sheath to expose enough bare wire.
3. Insert the bare wire into the wire hole of crimp contact pin, ensuring that the length of the wire is appropriate and not too long or too short.
4. Use wire crimping pliers to cold-press contact socket crimp with the wire. Align the crimping interface of the crimping pliers with the crimping part on the terminal block, and use appropriate pressure to tightly connect the wire to the terminal block.
5. Repeat the above steps to connect other wires to the terminal block until all are completed.
6. After all connections are completed, check whether the connection of each terminal block is firm and whether the wire is tightly fixed.
