Cold Pressing Needle Precautions

1. Select the appropriate crimp contact and select the appropriate size crimp contact pin according to the type and specification of the wire to ensure a firm connection and good conductivity.
2. When handling the wire with the wire stripper, be careful not to strip or break the metal part of the wire to avoid affecting the connection effect.
3. When inserting the wire, make sure that the wire is inserted into the wire hole of contact socket crimp and does not loosen or slip out.
4. When cold pressing the connection, use appropriate pressure. Excessive pressure may cause the wire to be damaged or crimp contact female deformed.
5. After the connection is completed, check whether each crimp contact male connection is firm. Gently pull each wire to ensure that it is not loose or falling off.
6. Check the connection of crimp socket contact regularly to confirm that there is no looseness or corrosion, and perform maintenance and replacement if necessary.
