  • Insufficient Stable Pressure from the Spring: The spring structure does not fully rebound, leaving the wire in a semi-fixed state.

  • Wire Position Misalignment: The conductor has not entered the standard clamping area and has become loose due to external force.

The terminal structure relies on insertion depth and elastic clamping to form a reliable connection. Incomplete insertion will affect both mechanical fixation and electrical connection.

In actual wiring procedures, standardized operating requirements must be established for the assembly of push-button terminal connectors to reduce problems caused by assembly deviations.

  • Wire Stripping Length: The stripping length must match the terminal hole depth; too short a strip will result in insufficient insertion.

  • Insertion Depth Confirmation: The wire must enter the conductive area inside the terminal, not remain at the entry point.

  • Pressing Action Completion: The wire is only in a stable clamping state after the pressing mechanism has fully reset.

Light Pull Test: After wiring is completed, a light pull test is performed to determine the stability of the connection.
