Physical Construction of the Core Conductive Path

The main body of the device uses an integrated die-cast copper busbar as a common busbar, establishing a low-impedance current transmission path. When the main line is connected, the current rapidly diffuses to each branch connection point via the highly conductive metal body, supporting rated loads ranging from 80A to 500A. A screw fastening mechanism firmly presses the cable onto the copper busbar surface, forming a large-area metal contact surface to ensure thermal stability under high-current conditions.

Insulation Protection and Isolation Channel Design

The power distribution block's shell is made of flame-retardant nylon material conforming to UL94-V0 standards, possessing excellent high-temperature resistance and impact resistance.

  • Isolation Barrier: Internal rib design physically separates conductors at different potentials, preventing arcing.

  • Dust Cover: A hinged, transparent cover encloses the wiring area, preventing dust and foreign objects from entering live components.

  • Boundary Consistency: The insulation material fits tightly against the conductor boundary, maintaining a constant electrical clearance.

A well-designed passageway maintains the structural logic between the conductor and insulation layer, supporting the long-term operation of the equipment in complex electromagnetic environments.
