5. There should be no foreign objects in the pins, sockets, and other interfaces. Or liquids, etc.;

6. The pins and sockets should not have defects such as skewing or deformation;

7. The insulator surface at the base of the pin should not have cracks, bulges, or detached metal fragments;

8. The pins and sockets of heavy duty connector 16 pin should not have obvious retraction or protrusion. Compared with normal pins and sockets on the same plane, the distance of retraction or protrusion should generally not exceed 0.5mm. Otherwise, it is necessary to check whether the pins or sockets of heavy duty connector 5 pin have problems such as improper assembly or retraction.
