Precautions For Heavy-duty Connectors During Mating And Unmating Operations
heavy power connector Precautions during insertion and removal:
Before insertion, check that the plug and socket numbers, interfaces, etc., are consistent and accurately positioned;
heavy duty wire connectors During insertion or tightening, the plug should be parallel and aligned with the socket's mating surfaces, then pushed in or tightened in the axial direction and locked. If there is a large obstruction or a feeling of jamming, stop operation, remove the plug, and check for any mating faults;
wire connector heavy duty When tightening, the cable protruding from the back cover must be tightened and cannot be rotated;
heavy duty electric cable connectors For thick cables, in practical applications, the cable should be secured to prevent sagging, which could cause heavy duty automotive electrical connectors difficulty in removal or damage;
heavy duty 12v connectors After insertion and locking, the cable exiting the back cover should be kept in a naturally extended state. The starting position of the cable bend should generally be at least 30mm away from the back cover exit;
heavy duty 12 volt connectors When inserting or removing, hold the main body for insertion and removal; do not grasp the cable outside the back cover during operation.
