Installation Requirements For Copper Terminal Blocks In Electric Control Cabinets

The installation of copper terminal block in the electric control cabinet should meet the following requirements:

3. If the circuit voltage exceeds 400V, the terminal board should be fully insulated and painted with red marks.
4. The strong and weak current terminals should be arranged separately; there should be obvious signs and empty terminals to separate or partitions to strengthen insulation.
5. The positive and negative power supplies and the positive power supply that is often energized and the closing or tripping circuit should be separated by empty terminals.
6. The current loop should pass through the test terminal, and other loops that need to be disconnected should pass through special terminals or test terminals. The test terminal should have good contact.
7. Moisture-proof terminals should be used in humid environments.
8. The terminal should match the cross-section of the wire, and small terminals should not be used with large-section wires.
9. The connector should be made of copper products, and the insulation should be made of self-extinguishing flame-retardant materials.
10. All electrical appliances, terminal boards, etc. It should be marked with number, name, purpose and operation location, and the marking should be clear, neat and not easy to change color.
